These people don't expect to be repaid in sex and how their asslicking targets look is completely irrelevant.
What's relevant, though, is, that these people have a shitton of oppression points and people like Dobson kiss up to them merely to validate their world view where they are super nice people that fight against the baddies and are strong allies to the goodies. So, in a way it's a symbiotic thing.
Some people realize they can't climb the SJW-Hierarchy of Oppression, so they try to be useful goons, thinking it will show everyone how nice/progressive they are.

Rated you optimistic only because Flynt can still cuck Frank for money, as well as whoever's left on her Patreon. There are enough freelancers over at Upwork to be able to assemble both art and code for games (even full reskins if desired).

Why Flynt possibly won't work on another game again is simply because he's lazy and/or he's satisfied that having Rev 60 on mobile and PCs already legitimizes his woman in tech claim (in his mind).
