This is a pretty fucking awesome marketing strategy, I remember Masahiro Sakurai sperging constantly about Japanese politics on the game site when Smash 4 was about to be released.

I wonder if she'll get to pull strings with Steam, too. As far as I can tell though, Valve doesn't change the scores on the games they host.

Well, in case of Ghost in the Shell, it was Geisha gynoids (in one episode of SAC) and the female sex-gynoids in Innocence were portrayed to wear japanese kimono as well in at least one scene.

Then again, maybe she's just a weaboo, but that "We bought Geisha Bots to cut down the price for security drones" was so stupid, I can't even fathom how anyone would put that in a game that's not meant as pure comedy.

I don't know how, but BriBri manages to give me a feeling of "uncanny valley". Those snarls and those grimaces John pulls off at times are fucking nightmare fuel.

Also, for some reason I am now imagining Wu dancing through her empty GSX office, spraying everything with gasoline.
I can see the accompanying Tweet already: "It was soooo terrible! 2 Gamergators yelled 'DEAGLE NATION SEMPER FIDELIS' and set fire to my office and dogs! Looks like I need some new puppies. Also my game is delayed!"

I'm thinking he's going to get traffic regardless because of his connections with game review people who will just signal boost the ratings. More of "real" people reviews on Steam = failure

I think it's because the proportions of his face are all just slightly wrong in all likelihood due to plastic surgery, and when he's not wearing glasses the eyes look big compared to the rest of his features which throws it off further.

Looking at some of the older pictures, he actually looks less bizarre to me except for the nose (a rare case of a nose job that made things look better) as he didn't have any of the FFS (or what I assume is FFS), and the glasses seem to make his eyes look smaller so they are at least in rough proportion with the rest of his facial features. He doesn't look like a woman in either before or after pictures, but I don't get the uncanny valley from those Ada cosplay pictures in the same way I get it when you look at any recent pictures from the wrong angle (which is almost all of them except above and to the left or right by about 45 degreees as that shortens the face making the proportions look normalish by comparison).

And that's when he's not moving. Add in the tics and you start expecting him to ask for "water...with sugar".

And when I saw the GabeN open the Revolution 60 sale on steam, there was a great shitstorm,
and the reviews were bad like those of Superman 64 or Big Rigs, and the Wu's mood turned overly salty,
and the patrons of Wu's tugboat withdrew their donations, like ungrateful SJWs dropping from a IP that pandered to their bullshit.…
