You can, but it depends on what kind of digitizer the device uses (N-trig and WinTab are the most common, iirc); some are just your run of the mill touch screens while others allow for pressure sensitivity, which is what you really need for digital art. Plus Wacom has a digitizing pen for the iPad, which is what WuWu could have used here.

Either way, it's a line for line trace of a screenshot, which is something that children can be proud of, but not grown ass adults.

Also, i can't believe Revolution 60 has not been released yet, but Fear Effect 3 is a thing expect John talking about how he played the first two games and was a superb experience

The only person still involved with Rev60 is Wu. There is nobody else.

When people that Wu hired worked in the iOS version it actually got released. Ever since Wu took the reigns alone it was pulled from the app stopre and is due to be re-released and steam released since forever.
