Let's return for a moment to Flynt/Wu's claim to have worked as an "investigative journalist" and a "police beat" reporter in the real world.

A Lexis search of all English-language newspapers on Planet Earth returns three hits for John Flynt's byline:
  • A 566-word story on drug testing in the Daily Mississippian on April 27, 2005.
  • A 635-word story on unemployment rates in the Daily Mississippian on April 20, 2005.
  • A 561-word story on religious texts in public buildings in the Daily Mississippian on March 11, 2005.
Those stories all moved on University Wire, a sort of college version of The Associated Press.

Google turns up five other stories from the Daily Mississippian that did not move on the wire. Here are links to the archived versions:

He also seems to have written one entertainment piece for the 2006 Ole Miss yearbook (cleverly named The Ole Miss), which you can view right here. For The Purple and White at Millsaps College, which is too tiny to be picked up by Lexis, Flynt seems to have written all of one article, which you can view right here.

That's it. All of it that Lexis and Google can find. (And Lexis is very, very good at newspaper searches.)

No byline hits for John W. Flynt or John Walker Flynt. No byline hits for Brianna Wu, Brianna W. Wu or Brianna Walker Wu.

Flynt/Wu has certainly never had a byline in a D.C.-area metro newspaper or, indeed, in any daily newspaper in the United States with a circulation of over 20,000.

Iconoclast is H.L. Mencken compared with Flynt/Wu. Iconoclast, lazy buffoon that he is, had more crap published in one semester than Flynt/Wu has produced in his entire life.

How long before Flynt/Wu claims that his reporting was so explosive that he received death threats and had to publish under a pseudonym, a pseudonym that cannot be revealed without exposing him to assassination?

Noted retard and transtrender 8BitBeck/ArchivistBecks/Rebecca Hernandez-Gerber has gone on a rant both about Wu and about Singal. I'm not sure where to throw the big dump I have from today . Should I put it here, since it's tangentially related to Wu since her husband (AND TOTALLY NOT HER) called Wu out? If there was more content Rebecca could probably get her own thread but I haven't been able to dredge up enough to justify one.
