No doubt that's exactly the reasoning behind adding it at the end of a tweet every time Wu "wins an argument" or just tells someone to fuck off.
As if to say "look, I know you're slow in the head, but I've just explained the issue to you in detail and even though you are part of the sexist machine I still like you. You just don't know any better. I'm so awesome. <3"

the <3 is just a cheap provocation so people get annoyed and insult him, then he proceed to put the insult as an example of sexism/whatever and blocks you, is dumb, is childish and very immature, ironically i only know one person who use that trick:

It just never stops. It never, ever stops.
Once we have the court documents to show that John Walker Flynt changed his name to Brianna Walker Flynt it needs to be posted EVERYWHERE. The day it is shown by court record that Wu is a born man will be the day Oreo's stock goes up.
Edit: Wu burned all the tweets @Cynical capped. I wanted to tweetsave them but it didn't happen.
I Tweetsaved quite a bit, I just turned off images to blunt the sheer levels of smug I had to look at.
