Has Wu committed actual criminal fraud here?

If Wu actually has no degree at all, that's a major thing. Wu has made numerous claims based on supposed qualifications that he doesn't apparently have.

Does Wu have a degree from some other institution, like Millsaps?

This is a very tricky question, some people believed that Frank is just as bad as John, others say that Frank is gay and has a thing for trannies so he picked up John for some reason, others that he is profiting (unlikely) for having John talking stupid shit, we really dont know actually

The only thing i'm pretty sure is that Frank now refuses to use his money to pay for more stupid shit for John, like hiring people to finish Revolution 60 , thats why John is doing all the work alone and pretends he has a team, if he admits that he is alone in his "office" is a de facto admission that he is a joke of a leader
 
Frank's ill-gotten Hugos suggest to me that he is not above using people to get what he wants, and I think that it was suggested by several people before that he was initially hoping to ride the SJW train to immortality. That's clearly not going to happen anymore so what puzzles me is why Frank continues to stay with John - whereby we can safely rule out compassion as a motivation.

The first step would be to prove that she posted it herself which...who knows? She certainly had a hand in crafting it and the language but who's to say it came from her keyboard.

I doubt that it would be considered criminal. She has made a bunch of claims, yes, but nothing she has said has damaged anyone other than herself.
I am curious about Milsaps though. I would be willing to pay the fee for student clearing house to check it out, unless someone else has done that or plans to.

Probably got it from some piece of shit degree mill. He doesn't look particularly bright at all to me from what I've been seeing though there's so much about him I have no clue about.

Millsaps only knows John Walker Flynt and has no degree on record. Brianna Wu and Brianna Flynt are unknown entities to them.

Both institutions Wu claims to have been a student at don't know the name Wu, UoM doesn't know JWF either and neither have degrees on record.

It's not that hard to get a Hugo in that fan category Frank got it in. Especially for an SJW.
