John is putting United on blast for allegedly "exposing people to identity theft", by merely suggesting that their customers pick a password that they can remember, yet he seems to have no problem whatsoever plastering his own medical bills, with barely obscured PII, all over Twitter. Good lord.

Pneumonia is typically divided into Community Acquired (CAP), Healthcare Acquired (HCAP), and Aspiration. If it's community, they don't bother with a sputum culture unless you don't respond to treatment. Smoking puts you at a massively increased risk of CAP. Just a fun fact.

If I had to guess what's contributing to her getting pneumonia, my money would be on Brianna being a heavy smoker with a poor diet. Other than the Blue Apron meals, we don't ever hear about her eating anything other than junk food. Actually, based on the portion sizes we see her give Frank, I don't really know how much of that she even eats. She might still subsist on mostly Soylent and maybe a half-sized portion of the Blue Apron meals. You'd be amazed at how sick you can get when you aren't eating well.

Reading up a tad on the drug itself Dayquil suppress your need to cough, couple the need for smokers to remove some of the shit from their chest most days and really it's an obvious recipe for disaster.

Bri gets cough from smoking, takes Dayquil to stop it, dayquil stops the cough which means none of the crap that builds up in her throat doesn't go anywhere leading to infections and not necessarily a compromised immune system, just a shit one that she's endlessly making worse and worse by drinking Dayquill like some sort of whiskey.
 
If you ever see John, stay the fuck away, he's a walking disease and you will die just from being exposed to his vile, infectious exhalations.

What she's missing here is: what happens when people don't have an easy-to-remember password?
They write it down. And probably stick it to a post-it note on their monitor at work where anyone can steal it. This is actually a rookie mistake by people who read "Applied Cryptography" and immediately set out to inflict their Fort Knox fantasies on their users. Insisting on passwords that look like line noise and change daily actually makes your system less secure.
 
I'm starting to wonder if Wu is legit losing touch with reality. They make up lies about meeting people and damn near everything they do, but something like 'having lunch' while sick with a bad disease with a person who was not even at the place to begin with is simply pushing things even by their standards.

Signalling, signalling, and signalling. Keep in mind that tweets are not records of events, just things the author wants the audience to see. Like any narcissist, Brianna is focused entirely on maintaining an identity, but only on the most superficial levels. Hence the "down on her luck take-no-crap industry figure with time to geek out at the end of the day"

People in general will rush to tweet about shitty things that happen to them, because its a way to convey triumph without actually doing anything. I've been there.
