I've never understood the conspiracy theory that somehow all these riots across the country during the George Floyd Protests were somehow all instigated or done by Nazis and Police Officers and how BLM and Antifa are peaceful. Granted I'm aware that those making this claim are full of shit though and are lying through their teeth since whenever they're pressed on the matter they openly defend the looting and arson as justified and how it's a good thing. It's literally no different than when people on the other side like Nick Fuentes lie about their real beliefs and make arguments or points they don't truly believe in for the sake of optics and saving face because they know how much their real beliefs are a turn off for people who aren't like them.

I also don't understand the 97% number they're citing, like how the fuck do you even measure that? What did you just include all the protests done in small towns and college campuses done by Liberal White Girls then only count the multiple acts of rioting in many major American cities as single events or give some arbitrary high limit to what you count as violence etc.? That's the thing with statistics, you can easily skew things into whatever conclusion you want, hence why you also look into how they came to that conclusion too and the rules they set on how they measure the data to make sure they're not doing things like cherry picking data for example.
This is purely a guess but if Im willing to bet the sample from that 97% could be something like social media protest events. Like find a bunch of protest events posted on facebook or whatever, which doesn't take into account what the protest is about, the actual attendance, the police presence, the location, ect and pull a really shitty poll number from that.

Either way I think you're right, inflating the sample of protests in order to bury the violent riots wouldn't be very difficult because it's so vague as to what and what doesn't count as a "protest". The other day a junkie on my bus fell on her face because the driver braked a little too quickly and she refused to get up and leave for like 20 minutes. Does that count as a protest?

Everytime I search for breadtube, the latest seem to be either from Shark3ozero, the SomeBlackGuy of lefttube but worse, ActualJake, some faggot who dresses as a corn, and Sam Seder for some reason.
If actual Jake actually pivoted to alogging Ralph while in his corn suit that would be gold.

But he’s too much of a faggot to do that effectively.

Ok but I don't want to have that shitty rock they live on
Give it back to the rightful owners. The Syrians.
All due respect, "going into Palestine and eliminating terrorists" is a very autism-adjacent way to describe what Israel is doing.

See this is one more thing I hate about modern western leftists, they take geopolitical issues and turn them into virtue signals. Supporting Palestine has become analogous to saying "I'm a feminist" or posting a black square on your Instagram to signal your virtuous and heroic anti-racism, and it's now turning fence sitters who otherwise didn't care into Hasbarats who immediately associate Palestinians and the injustices they face with the gay pseudo-leftist liberals who use their suffering as an ornament to their prestigious slacktivism.
The Palestinian's have back stabbed every group who's tried to help them. They tried to fuck up the Jordanian king after letting some of them in, which afterword's started the policy of placing people who got to uppity "behind the sun". Frankly neither side deserves it, but i doubt the wops want the land back and that was the last time it was managed well.

Revisiting Beau of the Fifth Column, it becomes apparent that this man is supposed to appeal to center right individuals and try to slowly bring them over to the left. The whole setup is to make him appear country / "redneck" (to city folk) while he is a solid progressive.

He is not complete supporter of the Democratic party but I don't know if that is because of his ideology of anarchism or if it a tactic to slowly wean people from conservative belief systems.

Looking at two of his videos:

First, is his video on Ukraine and the energy crisis. He solution is for more people to become environmentalists and he cities a Defense Department report.

Okay...what is he asking for. If it's renewable power how do we solve the energy storage problem? Who makes the batteries? If it's moving off ICE engines how do we compete with the demand from the needed batteries for energy storage. It's just talking points with very little substance.

Another video is him addressing the increase in the people identifying as LGBT and the Republican party.

Again, style over substance. He just labels the bills pushed by Republicans as anti-LGBT without addressing what or why. In truth, it's not that the Republican bills are addressed at gay, bisexual, or lesbian people but focused on transgender youth mainly in sports.

But he does not address this or talk about it in great detail. He just says Republicans bad and this is his intent not to explain why the Republicans will lose in 2024. Nearly all of his videos on topics where their is significant political disagreement has this. It's just talking points without addressing the flaws in his ideas or the opponents counter argument.

You see that with a lot of breadtube and leftists. They think that making a video with high video quality automatically makes their point correct, they think they are smarter than republicans, and whenever they try to "appeal" to republicans it comes off as retarded and laughable

Oh hey look it’s justin king i got some dirt on him that V rock talked about him being a human trafficker and racist
I’m not even kidding

Apparently the Soviet Union and Maoist China used the same methods. If you use flowery language and imagery you can impede critical thinking. The last Star Wars movie was accused of doing this and using fast pacing to mask the terrible writing.
High production value should be a red flag but some humans can't seem to see that.

Its easy to fool the low IQ leftist breadtubers with pretty pictures and flowery language

Its the easy way out that validates their aesthetic. Many of them are humanities graduates and that culture/mentality is rampant in humanities departments.
I'm of the opinion all "mainstream" breadtubers in the west create content to satisfy their narcissistic desires of self importance and artistic validation(contra-style).

Here's a BreadTube cult-member worrying that the laziness of the big BreadTubers refusing to put out content regularly means "the right has won":

The fall of LeftTube?

I am a fan of Lindsay Ellis, ContraPoints (obvs...), Philosophy Tube, and hbomberguy. Maybe I have some sort of parasocial attachment to zero or more of these (though not in a creepy way! I promise!) There are others, but these are the "Big Four" for me. Yet one by one I've seen them slowly withdraw from making videos. And I have to wonder, did the "RightTube" finally win? Is the bastion of left-leaning critical thinking in the process of disintegration?

I had this thought today when I saw that hbomberguy's last video was eight MONTHS ago. In youtube time, that's like a decade. The youtube algorithm must be unimpressed with this gap of output. It's been six months or so since the last ContraPoints video... and counting. Lindsay Ellis has quit as a youtube creator, and I can't blame her. Abigail Thorne (Philosophy Tube)... well... I'll be seeing if she will maintain the "one video every couple of months" schedule, but I'm worried.

If there are other major "LeftTube" creators that I've missed, please let me know. But if there are, youtube isn't suggesting any of them to me.

I know why Lindsay Ellis left the scene. She said in her farewell note why. But the others... They just seem like they're fading away. It has me worried. Without these major voices speaking, and the "RightTube" chugging along quite nicely, is it game over? Have they won? Are we now bereft of these powerful, wonderful, intelligent creators?

A "moderate" cult member writes...

I think it's the bankruptcy of lefttube.

Lefttube being so moderate and institutional, has had a limit on how much it can engage the broad masses and generate enthusiasm in a country where for instance the Black movement is seeing clearer and clearer that the neoliberal instructional road was not built for them. And where workers -specially young workers- can't afford a decent lifestyle, can't even access decent housing, and are seeing it become worse and worse.

I think that Natalie, Lindsay, etc, have not dared to dive into how do capitalism, police violence, segregation work, how they've been fought against, and what lessons there are.

The young people of America are starting to identify as socialist more and more, and are tired of tradicional politics and parties. The gargantuan growth of the DSA membership for instance shows that. Of course then the leadership of that party went on to support Biden, who achieved some trust by enlarging Trump as a scare. He ended up applying and perpetuating all the same policies as Trump so I don't think that trust will last.

Attempts at unionisation, and worker struggled are also in today's order. We've seen some radical spontaneous shit we hadn't seen for decades.

There's a great space for a lefttube to develop, but to do so it needs to offer the same quality that Contra or Philosophy for instance offer but go on to discuss and question the material structures of oppression and exploitation deeply, while discussing also possible ways out that break with the "vote" logic.

Instead of being so concerned about your favorite people making videos that only affirm what you believe, have you tried going out and supporting your IRL community? Don't be caught up in entertainment; you live on the earth before you exist on the internet.

I am reading some of the Youtube channel recommendations in the comments of this thread, and it seems like most of the new big lefty content creators aren't BreadTubers but lefty black/POC ( F.D. signifier, Khalija Mbowe, Nappyheadedjojoba, For Harriet) who are doing cultural commentary with some politics mixed in. I also see a revival of the old school rant vlog but a little more structured. Wasn't this exactly what the white BreadTubers wanted though? For blacks and POC to come in and replace them? Like, they should be glad that this has happened. This was their end goal. When you spend 5 fucking years shouting about everyone being a white racist fascist talking over POC, and 5 years later POCs are the rising stars taking over your space, you laid your bed you lie in it.

I don't see anyone recommending Demon Momma though. Emmy is a huge Nyk fanboi but he doesn't seem to be popular himself with Nyk's stans. Too crude/not faux-sophisticated enough I guess, or so-called "Twitch Politics" and BreadTube really are mostly separate.

I love it when they post excuses such as this:

Most Leftie-YouTubers seem to want to be proactive and truly research important topics, and will spend a lot of time mulling over descriptions, data, how to phrase and stage something properly, etc. etc. It seems a lot more calculated and thoughtful, and less based on reactionary “fear responses”.

Naw, it's not that "they need to do more research" (critics have already demonstrated that f.e. Oliver/PhilosophyTube doesn't read the books he cites), it's just that BreadTubers don't actually care about following the news IRT (becaue they are snowflakes and being confronted with reality is too triggering and overwhelming for them) and 2) they rely on A e s t h e t i c s aka bells and whistles to get people to pay attention to their rambling self-indulgent BS, so their videos have supposedly higher production values.

Also, how the fuck did this comment make it through moderation?!

"RightTube"?? WTF is that??

All the genuine & non-Jewish Nationalistic YouTubers got deplatformed like over 5 years ago, with the end of the Bloodsport Debates, and the beginning of the great censorship of the internet. Prior to the great censorship though, there were very few leftists on YouTube, since they would get so easily exposed and destroyed in any free-speech debate, and YouTube was basically a Nationalistic Anti-Zionist Echo Chamber for a few years lol

But in terms of the present, I want to address a few things: Firstly, I hate the use of the terms "left" and "right", since they are outdated, with literally no agreed meaning nowadays - to the point that they are literally just labels used to smear and divide us.

But secondly, if we are referring to the "left" as the LGBTQ, Pro-Pedo, Globalist, Feminist, anti-Nationalist side - then the reason they stopped making videos, is probably because it's exhausting the amount of mental gymnastics and toxic ad hominem tactics, that they must resort to in order to try and make their opinions sound even the slightest bit rational.

Not to mention the fact that, even for people claim to love such things as Globalism or Degeneracy or misguided Feminism, eventually the small negative effects of destroying society seap into their personal life and force them to go through some painful cognitive dissonance.

Ultimately though, when the internet was a free speech platform and during bloodsport Debates, not a single leftist managed to win a debate - hence the Elites had to shut it down. When free speech and free exchange of idea and information exists, it is man and woman's natural extinct, to shift radically towards (what might now be considered as) right wing.

E.g. a more localised government, national sovereignty aka blood and soil, owning your own media/banks, address the unrivaled Jewish Privilege and their hegemonic control of our media and economies + banking structure, liberty wherever possible, definitely freedom of speech everywhere, and ultimately a society based primarily on facilitating the best circumstances for a nuclear family to raise children in. The form of government is irrelevant.

If you ever allow free discourse, this is what people will end leaning towards, since Globalism removes all power from the local community and individual.

P.s. - I don't want you to think I'm hating on left wing politics. Leftist economic policies on a national scale, are brilliant and the obvious future. But generally, leftists are the most clueless and uninformed non-binary snowflakes, that you could ever meet - and lack the harsh worldly shrewdness required to appreciate/understand politics and the way that it works, in reality & not just theory/fantasy.

P.s.s. - But as I mentioned prior, left/right wing are outdated terms. Apparently, being extremely pro-Zionist is a primary value and election issue for Right Wing politicians in America - which makes 0 sense to me. I would highly recommend watching Russel Brands recent video "apparently I'm right wing!", which effectively addresses the pointlessness of these labels, and how they are used primarily to isolate ourselves in boxes and unecessarily divide us as a society.

If he wanted people to become environmentalists he would have better luck informing his audience about Uncle Ted. But he doesn't he just wants people to support Kike Greenwashing.

He is correct that the Republicans are pandering to Gays. Just look at all the behind the scenes degeneracy of TPUSA and AFPAC,

It's meant to appeal to older, low-IQ liberals. Every video he makes revolves around a simplistic, highly shoehorned red team vs blue team partisan hack narrative where actually all the manliest men with retarded hick accents are the biggest libtard fags.

It's catnip for a very specific kind of white liberal boomer. I'm sure he's making bank.
