Porsche actually handed out a disclaimer/memo to all Porsche dealers to basically tell anyone who bought the car that it's more or less a road legal race car and that it's retardedly overpowered, has no traction control, airbags, .etc. Top speed's 200 some even miles an hour I think.

You have to put it somewhere, locating it behind the firewall and surrounding it with some strong crash structures isn't the worst idea. For what it's worth, on my car it's underneath the rear seats.

It does have airbags and basic traction control, but it really is a race car with huge power and high-strung handling, and most importantly they're also extremely reliant on good tires to behave well and shit tires will make the car violently snap at you. A great many of those don't really see much use because they're being bought as rare expensive big Porsches and not driver's cars so some of them are even on the original Bush administration era tires that have now hardened into hockey pucks, and the next thing you know your sister is trying to sue Porsche for making something so evil that forced you into completely losing traction at 100 mph and turning yourself into hamburger.

That's the thing with the Carrera GT, it really isn't something the average douchebag who wants a supercar should be buying, it's for collectors and pretty much the only people who will be able to drive it the way its meant to are serious enthusiasts and actual race car drivers.

It's also kind of irrelevant since Ryan Dunn didn't die in a Carrera GT (which I highly doubt he could have ever afforded), he died in a 911 GT3 which is still way too much of a big boy car for an inebriated negative IQ retard.
