If you google don vito there's tons of articles about him being arrested for molesting 13 year old girls. Afaik, him molesting Bam specifically has never been confirmed, it's just a heavily believed theroy. But i also really don't care enough to check that out. Don Vito definitely was jailed for molestation tho.
 
Got the court documents (tmz) about the Jackass lawsuit. It looks like, after Bam's firing, Tremaine/Knoxville contacted April & offered 2.5 mil in a trust for Bam's son. My big questions are: How did Bam find out about it? Did April actually tell him, and could ape actually accept the trust without Bam's knowledge?
It seems like they threw the kid a life raft and Bam was allowed to screw that up too.

You can appoint most anyone to run a trust in bams case Ape would be easy and good choice since she's already dealing with her man child son what's another few filings for her grand son.

Damn sad to hear really.

However long he stayed at rehab he wasted his time inventing that stupid alphabet instead of working on the issues that cause him to habitually abuse drugs and alcohol. Going to rehab is not supposed to be just a 90 day timeout from doing drugs, its about doing the work to figure out why you use and how to stop. There's also a heavy focus on becoming a part of a community of recovering people, a 12 step program or something similar, and Bam so far has wasted every opportunity he has had to utilize any of these things. For fucks sake Steve O and half the cast are in recovery from something. He's got all sorts of support once he takes the first step and admits he's an addict and needs help.

He's always slurred when he talks. I think it's some sort of PA accent or something.
 
This thought really isn’t that related to Bam… it’s more related to Ryan Dunn, yet mainly about Steve-O. I don’t mean to constantly compare Bam and Steve-O, but it’s just so easy to do, and there’s something about Steve-O I am currently questioning.

On all sorts of podcasts, he always talks about “Meeting this Rave Producer from Cleveland” and that’s how he got so big on the road from 2002-2006. The thing I question is why doesn’t Steve-O use his name?

The Rave Producer is obviously Nick Dunlap, he appears prominently in Steve-O’s Too Hot for TV tapes. He also produced the Dunn & Don Vito Rock tour.

But why is this guy and his crew unspoken of now? Are they stigmatized by the death of Ryan Dunn? Did they get screwed over by releasing the Dunn & Don Vito Rock tour AFTER Don Vito got into trouble for pedophelia?

I can also imagine Steve-O might want to distance himself. Nick Dunlap did seem shady in his ways. He certainly encouraged the heavy drug use for the $$$

Phil genuinely loved Bam and wanted to help him pursue his skating career, he was the one that built the ramps and tried to do something as a father but seeing how Bam never really took that into any consideration it's just sad.
 
I think I might be a little crazy but after watching a couple Mr Beast videos I'm just wondering why couldn't this have been the evolution of the CKY Crew. Just a bunch of rich friends doing things like buying islands or having challenges like last person to leave the circle gets a million dollars but with Bam & Friends doing it with more shennanigans.

Mr Beast videos are just the most PG versions of the stuff Viva La Bam did anyway
