Cause closest I've done is Saints Row 3

They nerfed the male bulge slider in one of the Saint's Rows games.

I couldn't stop crying. How am I supposed to live out my power fantasies if my dick doesn't flop when I run?
 
Star Trek Online of all things has a chest slider. I gave my bridge officers huge cans on that game.
 
Let me take you back to a much simpler time in the year 2011-2012, a little game called Soul Calibur 5. True the main campaign was balls, but anyone who does play it knows the character customization is the only reason for playing this game.

I actually have a CWC and Sonichu fighter... I need to figure out a way of getting that recorded to powerlevel like a boss.
