I just finished the normal mode missions. I'm wondering how often they release new ones?

I also ended up with just enough pyros to pull again, and i ended up with S.Nagisa. I was hoping for Base Mika but I can't really complain.

Usually there's like two to three new areas per year, JP is on area 30 which is Wild Hunt themed

Also I nearly forgot about the event minigame and cleared it before going to bed, I cleared it in 4 tries, should have been 3 but I didn't get the S. Hina card somehow on my third try, and you pretty much need her to clear the Perorodzilla boss

I ended up beating it on my 5th try I think. Perorozilla i beat with the giantess Mika card and the sniping of Mashiro and that one equipment card that targets a random enemy after an attack, plus the buff of that one Justice Task Force armband. Once his shield was down I was able to swat him.
 
I beat the minigame on my first try but I'll be honest I was lucky as fuck, I came across Perorodzilla as one of my bosses on my first run, like I mentioned earlier in the thread I had Tsurugi as my opener and Mika as my closer with her gorilla strength, I've also focused on getting the wrestling card every time it was offered (forgot what name it had) where you force an enemy to be pulled to the front which saved my ass so many damn times, as there's quite a few enemies that are much more annoying in the back than the front.
 
if event talk i'll mention (again) that i've had won it on the second try, simply having the starting buffs on a solo ichika is more than enough to finish the game, and even better if you've got a way to use the giant card on top of her buffs. and on a related note it's still a bit of a shame that i wasn't able to get anything on the rolls for beach mika, it is what it is

and also a rather small reminder that as soon new year's over, there's a next big event

Unless the resources I use aren't up to date yet, Area 29 should be soon-ish? It's Highlander themed I believe and the Hard Mode elephs that you can farm are Serina, Kirino and Hinata.

Area 30 is coming in the next update or so for JP. There's also somewhat of a pattern for drops in mission areas as Area 30 is apparently going to be primarily gold disc drops. Currently Unknown what the 3 hard levels will have for farmable students.

Finally got out of Kisaki-less hell so this was pretty easy. I was able to kill both P1 erosion towers in one Mika EX by using Chise for one and buffs for the other. Goes to show how strong the buffs are that they can allow you to ignore the mechanics. For P2, I just moved Mika to the front with Mimori's EX so the knockbacks kept her in range of Hod, then use Chise's EX to apply debuff, buff up Mika and unload on boss. There is some RNG with Chise here, the last EX grenade she shoots has to be on Hod or else the debuff will wear off before you can buff Mika and use her EX twice.

The high scores I checked on Insane didn't have Mimori, or any other movement EX student so I don't know how they do it without. Hod is highlighted when I try to target him with Mika when not using Mimori, but I couldn't find any perfect pixel where it would target him. Could be comp related, since they also used 3 550 range students, so maybe they push Mika closer or something. I couldn't check since I didn't have 3 that could survive on Insane. Oh well, Plat is good enough.

With this, I can definitively say:

Gold is NOT better.

Good job man, is this Asia server? Cause then I'm surprised they're less competitive than NA, because you actually need Torment+ or top score Insane for plat.

In my case, I just barely missed out on NA plat because nobody in my fucking club had UE40 C.Kotama so I couldn't clear Torment! And I sure did not want to panic shot mald with Kayokek or go with Hyakki comp because I don't have S. Chise.

I'm glad I used a VPN on first install so I can get the NA server though, KR is genuinely sweat land

I don't understand why Mutsuki is never considered part of the Gremlin duo. Throwing her into that and being the Gremlin Trio would be 10000% more catastrophic than anything else Kivotos has ever seen.

Kasumi is imo also a gremlin. I think Koyuki is the purest gremlin of all of them, unlike the other ones who at least know that what they're doing is wrong and try to avoid punishment, Koyuki doesn't give a shit about the consequences and always insists that she did nothing wrong, she did everything correct. The fact that probably the most irresponsible and headstrong student comes from Millennium rather than Gehenna says a lot.

Kanna is fun, also a proof why one piece swimsuits are underrated.

I always forget to do the story first and then spoil myself on the bosses. Also seem like there are no meta units besides maybe Nagisa? I hope I'm finally at the point I spend on non meta units without regrets.

A friend informed me that Koyuki has also been added to the Total Assault shop in Japan, or so I've been told? Hopefully we'll get her sooner rather than later?

EDIT: The person who told me this is a FUCKING LIAR who wanted to get my hopes up and decided to not say "just kidding" until I asked him why nobody else was talking about it as a prank.
