"Appeal to authority" (or "Argument from authority") is from a scientific authority, not a legal authority. I know your brain, which is diseased from severe autism, cannot understand context well, but legal authority is not a type of authority for "appeal to authority"

You keep sticking to this retarded "legal authority" schtick either because you're disingenuous or because you can't wrap your head around the basics of the fallacy; no belief becomes true on the basis of who believes it, because that would mean a contradictory belief from another authority would simultaneously be just as true. It's not that hard to understand.
