Even though I think he's been awful so far, nothing Biden is doing is really any different then what politicians have been doing for the last 2 decades, it's just that most of the hate is do to it all being more open now.
I am enjoying all the people being genuinely shocked he's giving them the finger on all their progressive policies, though.

The demented retard is trying to pass of $1400 as what was promised after repeatedly claiming that “$2000 goes out the door immediately” if they win Georgia.

And all the people trying to justify it as $1400 + $600 = $2000, as if the only problem is that the proles don’t understand basic math, must now struggle to wrap their smooth little brains around the fact that $1800 > $1400 as well.

Not to mention Sanders doing more to fulfill Biden’s campaign promises than even Biden and I’m not sure what high ground he still has. At least Trump fought, sometimes!

He fought when it directly benefited him. The call for $2000 was a last minute spasm of a man too stubborn to accept he lost a public election and decided trying to sway a crowd after the point where they could directly influence anything. The turtle, and most of the GOP by extension, have now resorted back to their old standard of pretending to care about the government budget, despite the original CARES act still spending more. You are also ignoring that the $600 from back in December, that barely scraped through, was basically a slap in the face because there was nothing for the six months prior, so bills and expenses piled up and people in positions like landlords were no longer required to postpone payments, so a nice big swath of people were forced to become homeless or move in with family just in time for christmas.
Biden having to walk back from $2000 shouldn't be surprising, especially with who he had to negotiate with, and the people bending over backwards to excuse it are stupid but that doesn't mean you should ignore the GOP suddenly remembering their penchant for being fiscally uptight, when they allowed larger expenditures in the past when it gave them positive press.

Who!? The Democratic Party? This was budget shit, they could have passed it on a straight majority. Biden lowballed to $1400 and the Democrats negotiated down with themselves. How are those dastardly Republicans sabotaging poor old Biden when the senile grampa could have rammed anything he wanted through if he had a spine that wasn’t cripplingly osteoporotic. It doesn’t matter what the Turtle wants, but Joe Biden would rather piss all over his campaign promises than piss off his donors. Sanders did more to fight for Biden’s promise of a $15 minimum wage than even our Beloved Biden.

But I’m obliged to suck off Biden for his empty promises and lip service? Trump bothered fighting for his gay-ass wall, the closest Biden came to digging his heels in wasn’t over his campaign promises, it was over Neera fucking Tanden. And he still lost.

Its only been two months, but even I’m shocked at the speed at which he’s backing off on everything he promised.
