Aaaand as mentioned before, 75% or more of those arrests are repeat offenders who keep getting caught and put back over the border. 1.6 million sounds high, (and it is) but it’s not a complete picture of what’s actually happening.

When we're working with such big numbers, which will certainly keep rising during the administration, even 25% is a lot. When--not if--it hits 2 million then that's half a million. Again, what's it take to alarm you people? If this was a ship you'd ring the alarm once we're at the bottom of the fucking ocean.

When the general US population is 330+ million, half a million people trying (and failing) to get into the US is a small number.

Quit being retarded. The US population expands by births per year about 3.5 million per year. Illegal immigrants make up maybe 11 to 14 million people in the US total out of a population of 330 to 360 million. That’s still a lot of people, but the scale is very very different. A million is a big number in the context of arrests, but it’s a small number in comparison to the actual population of the US, especially when the actual number of people those arrests represent is what, 400k to 500k people? That’s quite a few people, but it’s still far less than even a quarter of the US birth rate.

And a lot of items are pro-Trump/anti-Biden stuff (and there's some anti-Trump stuff, but a lot less in my experience). OK, yeah, fine.

But this one stood out to me because of how incredibly lame and lazy it was.

Wasn't aware of that macro. But to be fair to the seller, they're probably entirely non-political. The shirt was probably "designed" by a program that just found it in some forum post that got a lot of likes. I've heard that on a lot of the more popular art-sharing sites you can (or at least used to be able to, the AIs have gotten more advanced) comment "I'd like to see this on a shirt" and soon you'd be able to find someone selling the shirt under a word-salad name and without the artist's permission.
