Very often they don't even have to be facts, and it really means "so-and-so disagrees with me, look how dumb they are ha-ha, laugh-crying-emoji". If something is really basic then it can be re-explained to someone who doesn't know it, instead of just calling it "basic" and refusing to elaborate.

There's also the implied message that "understanding" a subject means exactly repeating what a teacher or authority told you, rather than actually understanding. When we had the flat earth spergouts, the "round earth" side would often just say "you don't know basic science". But the people saying this loudest had never understood themselves how people knew (even in ancient times) that the earth was round - to them it was round because a teacher told them, and that is what "fact" is, an even dumber position than the retards who took the flat-earth trolling literally.

Every time I've seen Shapiro, it's always been against activists. If he has to interact with a peer it's in an interview format. Where he controls whether to stay on subject or not.

It's honestly pretty shitty of him to covertly blame people for being killed by fentanyl. I agree with him on Palestinians, they fucked up from the beginning by rejecting the 2 state solution offered to them by the British and their "Muslim brothers" are hypocrites for not taking them in. They even voted for terrorists, I don't care if they are all cremated. But Tucker is not a minimizing the terror against Israelis just by caring for his own countrymen, something Ben would not even grace with the title of murder.

The last time I remember an interview like that was Tucker Carlson years ago, and he wasn't exactly able to make Tucker look dumb.

I don’t want to sound like a social justice warrior, but I just absolutely hate how he tells all minorities to pull their bootstraps up and stop complaining about injustices and stuff, which is fine, but then the subject of kikes and Israel come up and all of a sudden he’s done with the victimhood complexes and give the merchants $100 billion in foreign aid comes out and anyone who has mere questions and concerns is anti-Semitic.

When Jordan Peterson was interviewing Netanyahu, it was clear that there was very little pushback even though there were genuine concerns regarding him. Even DW fans did not like that interviews, based on the like/dislike ratio of that video.

It just fuels my Jew hatred and memetic tendencies even more.
 
It's funny that people like Destiny and vosh think they can win a debate against Ben Shapiro they can't the only people who ever destroyed him in a conversation or a debate or Tucker Carlson basically pointing out that he doesn't give as*** about America cuz Carlson said he would not allow self-driving trucks to preserve people's livelihoods because having a bunch of unemployed young men is bad for society.
And I can't remember which conservative basically pointing out that he once called for ethnic cleansing of Israel of all Arabs and he basically ran away crying from the interview and screaming the guy was a liberal

If you watched the interview between Shapiro and Tucker, it becomes clear Shapiro is not willing to engage him on any level. He shifts, and doesn't want to explore. Because that would pin him down.
