The game is fun but here's something concerning to add to the long list of red flags:

I've also come to report, Project Rome, a community project that continues Bad company 2's multiplayer after EA's servers shutdown in 2023, works online with torrents. DM me and I'll tell you which torrent I used and I'll message when I can.

Only managed to play for two days or so. Only used the shotgun medic even on longer range maps. Some matches I felt like Desmond Doss and had 0 kills and a dozen of revives before I had to pull the trigger. The game was alright, but I'm probably waiting for the future discounts when it's released.

Not bad I guess. I'm going to try out the other weapons I didn't level this time (I leveled every AR and the shotgun), so we'll see how that goes.

Since /v (4cucks) is just as retarded as reddit, I have to post my seething here instead.

The secure boot activation is bullshit, it's not for anti-cheat, it's probably there to make players not able to use emulators for older games without tweaking BIOS settings everytime (ASUS motherboard). The thing that really made me suspect it's used to fuck with consumers is the uninstall Valorant meme debacle. I suspect EA and other companies will require you to disable stuff that makes it possible to run Virtualbox (properly) and other softwares that emulates stuff in the name of "anti-cheat". It's a collective effort to reduce piracy and emulation for their shitty remakes. I hope this kernel-level software bricks someones PC (proabably from some pajeet error in a future update) so people learn that this is bullshit on the highest degree.

Not paying for this goyslop.
 
A lot of people are upset about the smaller maps but the game is really giving me BC2 vibes, which was my favorite of the series. I'm perfectly happy not getting sniped from the top of a skyscraper a mile away on Shanghai.

So fucking retarded. He aimed at exactly where the enemy was behind a rock, he's a cheat. There's believable variance and then there's aimbot. The fact they turned some 160 degrees or further without resting on an incorrect space or being off the mark at any point just tells me they're being assisted hard.

It's also the nuance in each clip. For example tracking someone in a vehicle, not scoring a single headshot and sensitivity rockets back up to normal just as they get a kill. A lack of headshots overall.

Yeah that's been a problem with a lot of kernel anti-cheats. Valorant's anticheat had the same problem for a loong time

I feel like normies probably watch streamers that use hacks so they've been conditioned to think clips like these are humanly possible. Because the cheater is also a troon they also have gender cultists and other cheaters mudding up discussion to cover for them.

Anyone with decent experience playing games or time watching high level players would look at this and be raising an eyebrow at the very minimum.

When I first saw the bf6 clips I didnt even know the video was about cheating accusations and I immediately picked up red flags when they were snapping to people's exact centermass and swapping targets the frame they died. Absolutely inhuman.
 
Anyone else having any issues in this beta phase? During the first weekend my game ran with no issues aside from a short visual bug. This morning, I crashed several times in a row within the first few minutes of the matches. Threw an error I didn't quite catch the first time and no errors the other 2 times. I read that going into the firing range before starting your game "fixes" it, which seems to either true or a really strong placebo. Still get an occasional crash. Whatever they changed between this week and the last, they fucked up.

I don't have time to suffer watching through a degenerate VTuber's video library, but my assumption is that they very rarely die, and dying because of poor target acquisition is shockingly absent.

Basic laws of probability dictate that eventually you'll fuck up in your reflexes or in acquiring a target. Pivoting around at that speed and stopping square on a person is unlikely - if they had to micro-adjust to acquire them, there is some element of credibility, but that video didn't show it.

What really shows the fraudulence of it is other genres. The best players in fighting games seldom have perfect runs at championships, and they're fighting against millisecond reactions. They still drop combos and get hit by their opponents and lose rounds, this VTuber's run is just too perfect, and not in a way that rote memorisation and conditioning can overcome.
 
my biggest criticism so far is that it continues the tradition of anyone playing the Recon Class being complete fucking dicks, granted the only map where its semi-bad so far is Liberation Peak in my opinion, 2042s maps were a lot worse in terms of everything in between the points being open season for snipers, this has been an issue since at least BF1 so I don't think were ever going to see a world with Snipers not being fucking annoying in video games
