Some panels look traced/heavily referenced from IRL porn but the artist isn't nearly competent enough to change it for the coloring and both look like lazy dog shit. Not to mention all the stray line art and white bits.

Damn this comic is dumb on so many level, first weed normally don't cause hallucination, second weed is extremely frowned upon in japan. You can easily get 5 year in prison with a mere possession and being a social pariah for the rest of your life

Mostly a joke. Misfile was not a good webcomic, but flounder face and limb proportions asside was not eye gouging horrible.

I beat Tim Buckley’s ass so hard in a deathmatch on LVU Campus that night, he later whined that the game was too difficult, IIRC. I like to think that his crushing defeat at my hands inspired him to draw Loss. Yeah, that’s right. I beat Tim’s ass so hard, I aborted Lilah’s fetus.

I've always tolerated XKCD but as soon as he slavishly hopped on the HolyDeathVirus bandwagon I lost what little respect I had for him.
It's as if science is the practice of rational inquiry and experimentation only when the Elites allow it to be.

Yeah, that's more or less the crux of the problems within science. It's a field that constantly needs expensive equipment, and has no inherent profitability. So, scientists have to whore themselves out as mouthpieces for those who do have money just to put food on the table. If you've got a billion dollars and you want some PhD holders with six figures of debt to agree with you that the sky is purple, they'll line up in droves.

No one delights in ignorance like PhDs do. I have met dumb people. Only PhDs are PROUD by how fucking stupid they are of anything outside of their research field.
And inside their field, reality is usually twisted to meet their initial hypothesis. A piece of cake for soft science, but more time is spent trying to make the results fit your model than actually trying to learn anything.
So basically all they need to do to feel "right' is find another PhD parroting the viewpoint they want.
