Looks like we have a new entry in the Shen troonout saga. Kinda reminds me of jeet "white women secretly want us!" memes.

Sometimes the first domino to start down the path of Cowhood is winning a Sonic sweepstakes. Other times its having some nigger steal your bike. Down both roads lay ruin.

Wow his art is degrading like DestinyMoon (DestinytoMoon?) and Humon comics. Blobby monocolored figures can't work without strong shape language. What is on the ground? I thought it was ribbon or tape but I can't see how it's connected to the "joke".

I genuinely wonder if that teacher who told Chris he couldn't use copyrighted characters knows the historical significance of their actions.

More Panthera and Hobbes. Seems like it's coming out a lot less frequently than I expected.

The most recent strips are definitely prioritizing the gender identity angle to the exclusion of the Calvin and Hobbes angle. Hobbes hasn't spoken since the fourth strip out of thirteen.

I've always thought that blob slop complaining about shit that happened in your life (or you saw on Twitter) utterly rots your mind, soul, and artstyle and I still have yet to be proven wrong. I don't understand the point of going out of your way to draw any of these sorts of comics when the only real reaction to be had from them, aside from marveling at their laziness or how stupid the artist is for whining about the problem they're talking about, is just going "yeah, I guess it sucks when that happens" and then scrolling away.

I remember a few years ago he mentioned his art style changing on Tumblr, and he said that he wanted to have a strong base knowledge so he could make the quick/loose art but have a more structural understanding so it's better. Kind of like how when you're a good artist you can doodle a hand or a gesture or whatever and it looks better than a pure beginner trying for hours, y'know? I got what he said, but I just got so sick of how loose his drawings were at some point. Like they just got TOO squiggly. I think somewhere around the art club college thing I got bored of his art, 'cause it was just like...anime tropes, ugly designs, squiggly everything...

when you're not already an anime fan all the "ANIME ANIME ANIME!!!" shit everywhere gets really tedious.

'The worst thing she can say is no' comic only touches on a tiny portion of the fuckery of this. Even better (worse..?) is the artist clearly knows they're an absolute fuckface. They've portrayed their boyfriend as a retarded toad who barely notices her.. then admits that actually no he loves her. Takes care of her. Is always there. Even says sweet things implying he really is head over heels.

Some people would kill for that. L'il Chudjak deserves better.

I think the real issue is obvious. She portrayed him as an ugly pudgy manlet much shorter than her. Just compare to the faceless guy who rejects her. She settled for some guy she is clearly completely unattracted to, can't admit it to herself and copes by pretending it's some sort of emotional/personality issue. Insert lookingoodsusan.jpg.

I don't know quite how to say this, but you'll have to narrow it down.

So this is hilarious. Tat also just updated the news to a begpost that he needs money to save the comic. He's asked for donations before, but I don't think he's EVER pulled the "give me money or I'll end the comic" card. After it stopped being good, Sinfest went from radical second wave feminism, to anti-vax MAGA, to anti-Semitic, anti-Christian, Aryan Neo-Nazi LARP. Who does Tat think is left that he hasn't alienated in the past few years?
Looks like Paypal is a no-go for Tats:

Sinfest as a comic feels like it should have ended years ago, and tatsuya should have made another comic instead. The comic calling itself singest now is fundamentally unrecognizable. I mean hell, does the kid or his succubus gf even show up anymore, or is it just jews and goyim all the time?

Just jews and goyim all the time. The old characters stopped making regular appearances a LONG time ago. They still show up once or twice a year but yeah, the Sinfest we knew is dead and buried. It's the same issue with Questionable Content, the author is sick of doing the comic but can't do anything else. Although in Jeph's case, he actually tried to do Alice Grove and it flopped because he was still writing and drawing QC just in a different setting with different characters.

And then you have Danielle Corsetto who just keeps reposting her successful comic again and again because nobody liked the characters in Elephant Town except for the quiet introvert (Seriously, what made her think that having a quarter of her comic devoted to an angry incel who constantly fails would be endearing?) to the point where she abandoned it after years of build up.
