To be fair, most of the tattoos look decent, unlike the subject who also happens to have one of the most feminine facial features I've ever seen on a pooner.
You can tell it wants to die. Whenever I see people (a term used loosely) that have a shitload of tats and piercings it just appears like a desire to die to me. The same applies to veganism and vegetarianism. It's just a form of slow suicide, or in this case a mark for deletion.
