I think it would have happened already if anyone was going to. He lives in a pretty small town (I don't know where exactly, guessing somewhere in Florida or Georgia). He got kicked out of school iirc for threatening to kill all whitey's, so I imagine most of the town knows he's an idiot and just ignores him. If he moves somewhere bigger though? He'll definitely get his ass kicked.

On topic though, I think Andy Roy is still off heroin, but he's definitely getting junkie-level tattoos.

That strangely looks like something Shoenice would do to "stick it" to Big Ern.

Yeah, the constrast is also bumped up to make it more striking. It’s a problem among realism tattoo artists. A lot of them are posting edited photos of their work which gives customers unrealistic expectations.
