It's like some really fucking autistic bullethell game that has a lot of fan contribution and they have barely legal / full-out loli avatars in game. Don't know much about as well, but it's apparently full of pedos. Null mentioned it a couple of times from his experience on Khan iirc.

The thing to be aware of with Touhou is that the Japanese dude who started the autistic bullethells licensed them in a unique way: anyone can make and sell a game using the characters/lore/setting and do whatever they want with them. All of the original art is just a couple very generic deviantart-ish doodles of random japanese street fashion on adult characters, but all of the fan stuff is horrible pedoshit and turns the whole franchise into a self-reinforcing echo chamber because it's "canon".

This one's weird. It's like 50/50 1984-era mac stuff and win3.1, mixed in a way that makes it clear the creator isn't really familiar with either of the systems. The whole 'aesthetic' subculture really needs to collapse but as a tattoo it's even worse.
