It's been hinted that the "Goddess" who summoned the heroes in the first place is a naive idiot. As if that's never been done before.
I am not saying that there is no explanation as to why the story is bad, I am saying that the story is bad. Too bleack, stopped caring. You need both carrot and stick. In this, the carrot is a piece of paper with the word "carrot" written on it and the stick is the club of Hercules.

Zeta Gundam Define takes Zeta Gundam's excellent story but adds a bunch of stupid little girls in overly-ornate clothing nobody cares about, removes lots of good episodes (like when the Titans were about to gas the colony), changes the rest of the story beyond recognition, puts in a Kamille/Emma sex scene, and just makes it into a stupid battle shonen where all the characters are added to the crew like it's One Piece. Apparently it's a tie-in to a manga called Char's Deleted Affair where it's revealed that Haman and Char hate each other because Char Furuya'd her, so stupid came from stupid.
Nah. Haman's older sister was fucking Char. She and his unborn child are killed. CDA is weird. Makes Dozle out to be a piece of shit and sorta implies that the Purus are clones of a kid born from him and Haman's sister.

I feel like I do enjoy a lot of bad things when it’s pretty clear the author is just having fun. Like idiotic fun where they just let shit happen to see if they can write well.

Anything that starts getting meta is shit. I hate meta humor or meta commentary. Anytime you get a character who tries to act as a director or author within the work itself with the characters is the most boring shit. It just ruins any interest in the story I have.

Enjoying is good. Call it guilty pleasure, call it whatever. If the story resonates with you, then cherish it. It might not be perfect, it might be better than you think. Every person is unique, some things resonate differently with each person. Fun is an important part of quality in entertainment.

The problem is that most authors that use meta humor substitute it for quality/meaning/depth.

Hatsukoi Monster

It's about ten year old boys that look like adults. and that's the creator's kink.
You know, this is hardly unusual. Back in middle school, I had this classmate who had a bald spot. What might have been the reason for this? Who knows. Maybe bad genes, maybe the fact that he smoked more than the cast of Thomas the Tank Engine combined on a daily basis. If you saw him and did not take his height into account, you would assume he was NO YOUNGER THAN 27 and even then you would be nice to him. He easily looked like a short 30-something. I do not know what was wrong with him but even super seniors were not like that.

GIGANT from the same author as Gantz was pretty meh. From their media it seems pretty clear that many Jap men want nothing more than to bang an AV actress or an Idol, (or Idol turned AV actress). Gets in the way of a good story.

Holy fuck stop talking shit. Haman sister never net char, she was all over Dozle cock. She died protecting their escape ship and that was in a separate series not cda nor define

Chill brah. I legitimately just somehow conflated Natalie with Haman's sister. It's been ages since I've so much as thought about the manga.

Going from my previous comment, I have a feeling that there's going to be a twist in the manga that the little sister was the one that Isekai'd everyone, or that she's been manipulating events from the start. It starts to get suspicious when her character is only shown with her bangs covering her eyes every time.

Or, like with everything else in this manga, it's going to fall short or she's only going to be shown smiling at him while muttering, "Onii-chan". It can go any number of ways.

Not even the first of its kind. Back in the '90s, there was a manga and its anime adaptation called Yoiko that was about a ten-year-old girl who looks like an adult, and horny adults try to creep on her until they realize her age and get conflicted feelings over it.

Was surprisingly wholesome when it came to the main character herself since she's ultimately still a kid who happened to mature earlier than her peers and she had gotten bullied for it before making friends. Compared to Hatsukoi Monsters's characters where (if I remember that stupid anime right, the constant lop-sided eyes bugged the shit out of me) not even the ten-year-old bishie boys actually act like they're ten so you legit forget that was the point.

No, it was confirmed in one of the first chapters that she was burned to death by the classmates who put her to sleep with drugged cookies.

By the way, The story of the Banisher Side has been fully translated as of now.

Here is my conclusion:

It concludes with Est (the Banished) admitting that he was subconsiously holding back because he thought that he would always be protected. It is supposed to read as "I was expecting to be babied" but reads as "I am sorry for expecting you to do your jobs as vanguard" to me. All of his former teammates (except the childhood friend) were revealed to have hidden abilities that they did not use because they were either assholes or because it is "cheating or something". And Est is forgiving them for putting him in danger for selfish reasons and kicking him out instead of doing some training to figure out a path forward. They do not feel like people you can rout for or rely upon.

As bad as I imagined it would be.
