This one makes me laugh. I know it’s not a terribly PC attitude but, if you go to a con wearing an outfit more revealing than most strippers, clearly you’re trying to attract attention. It just strikes me as disingenuous to complain when that attention doesn’t come in the form you want/expect.

(Of course, I have a conspiracy theory that a lot of slutty cosplayers are strippers/camwhores trying to drum up business, but that’s a whole other story...)

Turns out you were right, at least in part. Apparently the one pictured is a "camgirling is empowering feminists" type of person.

Gross. I forgot peacock feather exists.

Is anyone else more fascinated by Boner Robin's ears rather than his junk? Because I always zero in on those ears first.

Could people post at least a name of the character the person is trying to be, if not a picture?

If you can't sew or you don't have money, or whatever, you should try cosplaying as a character that you share basic physical similarities with and who wears mostly normal clothes. I tried being Mabel Pines from Gravity Falls once and I'll admit it was not great in terms of accuracy, but it also wasn't horrendously awful since it's hard for a sweater and a skirt to be awful. Or this Peter Griffin cosplayer:

That picture is gross. It looks like her hair just never stopped growing and formed that matted, moldy blue/green mess and overtime it became a throne for her. And she made a weapon out of it or something I have no idea what that is.

Turn your volume way up, put headphones in and listen to the heavy breathing of Peacockfeather as Chloe from Life is Strange.
Her whole life is a David Lynch dream sequence/ Margaret McPoyle cosplay.

The worst cosplays I've seen on my last con were mostly these lazy D.Va cosplays. All they do is putting on a brown wig (sometimes they don't even style it) and some cheap D.Va shirt they found on eBay or these badly made bodysuits.
