Censored horse butts for Oblivion. I never even realized you could see them until I heard about this mod.

The horse anus was there from release, it was lovingly textured and even detailed map so it worked just like other bump mapped objects in different lighting situations.
It was really, really weird because someone had spent some serious time on the horse butts.

Old and shitty picture found when googling for proof, looks like someone is playing on low settings to the true bling-bling of the anus might be scaled back.

It makes it where he will slow down and certain actions can't be performed, you also die if you collect too much rings. It makes it where you have to moderately avoid collecting rings while trying not to get hit. So you're limited to collecting an X amount before you go fat.
 
Joke DOOM mods are the most autistic and most unfunny things I've seen.
 
Communist Mario 3, where Mario must traverse the Russian wasteland avoiding coins because they are the tools of the capitalist pigs. Actually a quite interesting challenge that messes with your instincts to grab collectibles, similar to the Sonic onion ring hacks above. Plus it has a ton of graphics work for a dumb joke mod.
