Sadly, most people who take notice of social media and the world of music associate lines across the nose with Xxxtentation (or however you spell that daft name), so Phil is forever more going to be thought of as a sad gangsta rap wannabe. Shame gangsta rap is a bit too grown up for Phil.

His Tumblr used to auto-play music, didn't it? And that was awful tweeny nu-metal stuff and pop-punk. The kind of music people grow out of when they hit 17.

Most amusingly is the small collection of Aztlan Underground and Cihuatl Ce songs. Both of those groups are staunchly against Anglos and focus on Chicano and Mexican topics that would make Phil incredibly uncomfortable if he ever listened to the lyrics let alone talk to a real brown person about.

Yeah, that's the one I always found funniest. Like he's permanently stuck in his rebellious teenage phase and tries to act out being some sort of anarchist commie bad ass... but he actually listens to boy band music. Even 12 year old boys don't want to be associated with that! LOL. I get that his tastes are shitty and vanilla, and that he's VERY easily influenced by anything that's remotely "mainstream," but you do have to wonder how sheltered he was growing up that he would still listen to that sort of crap. I mean I get the feeling his parents had to monitor what he listened to to make sure the tard didn't get too wound up (and probably a good call since bloody Naruto is how he got into all of this yaoi and cosplay crap; only Phil could take a children's cartoon and run with it for over a decade winding up with his dick sliced off in Portland somehow).

Although to be fair, its probably one of the few things that would fit with his gay/trans narrative.

That's because to Phil, it's all interchangeable. As far as he's concerned, Latinx = Mexican... or rather, a crude cartoon caricature of what he thinks Mexicans are like, and when he can't figure it out from cartoons or pop music, he just does the opposite of whatever he thinks white cishet males do.

Interestingly enough, in addition to the boy bands, Mexican music and crappy tween nu metal and rap, I seem to recall he had random bits of both Arabic music and white power music at various times. It's been quite a while since I've looked at his Tumblr though so I could be wrong.

Well there's a incredibly simple explation for that. Phil's a massage very tard, and he probably believes Puerto Ricans, spanairds, and other culture who speak Spanish are all Mexicans. That, and if you asked him how many different dialects of the Spanish language there are, he'd tell you there is only one, and everyone speaks it. I'm personally still waiting for Phil to get punched/slapped across the face when he eventually ends up telling a Mexican person they're white, and that's hes 100% Hispanic latinx antifa soooopersoldier.
