Go to a country that all has considerable suffering through Green Peace or something like that. Mormon and Christian missionaries are more helpful to third world countries than the left.

I'm sure they are aware of what it traditionally means.
But I'm also sure they've encountered more than enough clueless upper-class hipsters with hands and faces covered in inadvertently gang-signalling scribble tattoos for fashion that they won't necessarily jump to that conclusion about Phil.
Doesn't mean legit gangsters won't test him, though.

There is a lot of debate over the causes of these specific famines. I'm not here to argue back and forth over it. Sometimes shit like that happens, it's happening in Zimbabwe right now. Someone marches in promising freedom and free shit and merry go rounds. Problem is, you need an educated populace, and more importantly a willing populace to achieve your goals. I don't think this could ever work on a large scale, smaller communities trading with other smaller ones could inherently work, but again, only if everyone is 100% on board.

People read this and say I need this and this and this and this. We all know that it doesn't work like that. For those of us that don't need the consumption of today, and are willing to work hard to achieve our little slice of paradise, that works. And it can work well. If you let Phil, Tyrone, or all the rest of the lazy fucks in, they sort of ruin it.

Either way. I have no personal quarrel with any of you, and am glad we can have laughs together through the magic of :autism:

From watching a few episodes of cops and lolcows being way to open about their legal woes, they record your tats if you go to jail or anything.

It's just a list and these lists don't have a sub section for "stupid lol tat" X tats means X group and the such. This effects placement and all. Phil is a dumbass, him doing a night or two over being a dumbass is not impossible to see happen another time.

If Phil gets picked up and seen with a gang tat like this, they may drop him in with that gang, and it will not end well for him.

Spent a lot of time in lots of different places. 1st and 3rd. I've seen shit in America that would make anyone upset at the state of humanity, I've seen shit in villages in rural Cambodia 100km from roads that warms my heart years later when I think about it. Not going to get sucked into the argument, but I didn't even know GP did outreach like that. I am not affiliated with them in anyway. I'd say that missionaries are pretty destructive though. Rather than converting the natives, we should educate them, let them build a super strong economy, and then trade with them for the benefit of both nations.

Cops know what literally all gang tattoos mean. They have specialized teams that have members with years of experience and schooling in dealing with specific gangs. And yes, antifa is classed as a "decentralized" "gang or subversive group." Kinda like juggalos.
 
I think that Pepsi can is supposed to be a can of coffee. It fits with the stupid Latinx bullshit and the symbol looks like a badly drawn coffee bean.

Great to see that Phil is keeping his white trash heritage alive and well by partaking in the trashiest of white trash traditions with his ugly, poorly drawn tattoos. He's a sweat stained wife beater, puffy trucker hat, and rusted out 1975 Camaro up on cinder blocks short of being full-goose redneck.

And that cheap-ass tactical gear has my sides in orbit! It's absolute garbage. It isn't even airsoft or paintball-tier quality, let alone combat grade. Basically all it's good for is for kids to play dress up or Halloween. But then again, all Phil is doing is playing dress up. What do you expect from a guy who thinks the mall ninja crap and fantasy wall-hangers he buys are real weapoms? He's basically wearing a "tacti-cool" black fanny pack, only Phil would look like less like a mouth-breathing mongo wearing a fanny pack.

Edit: I looked it up. In the US, Mexican gangs use an empty tear drop to commemorate a fallen gang member, and the goal is to have it filled in by murdering the responsible party. If he spends more than a few nights in a real jail, he's going to get beaten to death.
