You shouldn't withdraw large sums of money from ATMs in a pinch nor fully rely on the transaction working properly. Favor speaking to flesh, blood, name, and face bank tellers.
If you do withdraw from the machines, note the omni-present chance your account will be charged and you'll recieve nothing! Expect the missing money back in a week or two after having filled a complaint.
Edge-cases exist where you will not be reimbursed the missing ammount at all.
Flagged machines tend to languish indefinetly and orders to (repair/fill) them are sidelined by laziness, incompetence, strikes, and labour disputes.
The niggers who handle your money and service the machines are, for better and for worse, bureaucratically deadlocked retarded faggots competing to do efficient work for dirt cheap.
