Yes, both are pretty gay, but fucking an inside out dick is still gayer than fucking a female ass with a frankencock on the other side. By definition, fucking an MtF is homosexual and fucking an FtM is technically heterosexual. (Homo = same biological sex, hetero = opposite biological sex) However, it's like getting pegged by a woman with a strap-on: it's one of the gayest heterosexual things you can do. So, while I wouldn't have sex with either, if I had a gun to my head and had to choose one or the other, I'd fuck the FtM with the frankencock. This is like asking is it gayer to have sex with a male dog or a female dog. It's outside the realm where the words 'gay' and 'straight' apply.
