keep the investors happy till the financials and proceed to make excuses for it. So long as they don't actually lie about anything, that's all that matters really. If they don't try to put a positive spin on everything, that risks issues with investors. That's why they're promoting their "2 million players" instead of showing dogshit sales figures. Once they need to do their financial report they can just claim external circumstances within the marketplace shifted consumer focus or some crap, which wouldn't necessarily be untrue.
