Articles & Happenings is the third attempt at a news board on the Kiwi Farms. It is a cursed place. Every moderator who has been assigned here has resigned within a year. During 2016, the political crossfire was so bad it spread to different boards and culminated in me banning American news discussion entirely for several months. It has been deleted in its entirety twice. There is no actual discussion here, it's people posting garbage. It leans much further right than the rest of the site and doesn't particularly conduct discussion because dissenting opinions are dogpiled by a thousand memelords posting shit they read on /pol/ without any critical analysis.

The only rules that can be enforced are empirical ones with boolean violation answers. New threads must cite a real source directly and must use the headline of the article as a thread title without any editorializing. Articles must be archived in some way and must link to the original article. Replies that are one word or a reaction images are automatic one-month bans from the board.

I'm creating this now because it seems like this place is here to stay and is one of the largest areas of the entire site. I might as well throw in bare minimum effort to improve it. I don't even try to find mods for here because they will quit, without exception. I've added new prefixes ("Business" and "Crime") just now.

Nobody's demanding Null prove anything. People are demanding the faggots screaming and crying over A&H's supposed nazi army actually back up their claims that this is some massive den of /pol/ spergs who initially come here then filter out all over the site.

I’m going to assume you didn’t read the warning post. But Null himself says it was a major contributing factor why mods left the site.

 
If A&H is a major reason for the staff walkout, despite most of the staff not even regularly going to A&H (from my experience), then all that really proves is that a lot of the so-called "veteran staff" are ultimately just giant faggots, irrespective of any real or perceived problems in A&H.
 
Man, I just joined because I got tired of reddit's mods happy to ban everything, destroy subs and turn it into a more potent echo chamber than it already was. Well I will miss A&H and do not know where to go next. Facebook is dead, dont understand how minds works, 4chan gets boring and all the fun websites I knew are going away one by one.

I fully agree with what others have said.

The only way to fix A&H is to make @Ashy the Angel a mod. That way users can sperg about the jews/muslims/dems/black people all they want, but at the cost of being ruled by a furry commie overlord.

And not only bans people for posting things he doesnt like but he also bans them from living and sends their organs to cucked feeder so he can make dimes to keep this shithole running or keep himself alive longer

I just don't get why we can't just ban faggots for offtopic spergy rants. I guess banning the whole forum seems easier on the surface but I think that'll just flood the rest of the site with bullshit.
