A printed Kiwifarms wall calendar would definitely be an interesting merch idea.
Each page could have a stylized picture of a "Lolcow of the month" with some of their notable quotes. One downside is that you would have to look at some genuinely disgusting people for up to 30 days straight, which would really suck and could draw some questions from onlookers. In that case it could just use any art made for the farms.
Regardless, the December page would be a great spot for the collage of Christmas images from this year.
