hng idk if i wanna e2 saga asap. good thing i'm not tempted to buy the guaranteed 6* rolls from the shop because I'm not really interested in them. (Have Eyja, SilverAsh, Hoshiguma, Exusiai, Blem, Siege, Surtr, and Bagpipe filling every major role. Everything else is fillable. The only 6 star I'd want is maybe Mudrock/Rosmontis/Angie/Blaze. Of the ones on the ticket list, Idk, maybe Hellagur or Phantom but they have 4 star editions in similar archtypes. )

I'm tempted to buy the beta pack with Hellagur cause i have none of the 3 ops in it. I'm gonna start e2ing saga and dusk now but i cant even e1 saga cause no chips. Gotta start grinding for shop items now thankfully i saved up sanity packs.
I log in today and i see all these mail gifts for 1.5 too with sanity and free pulls. God damn this is a generous event.

There is no guarantee that R6 will get a rerun, whereas Nian does and Surtr belongs in the pool of normal 6* anyways. I highly recommend saving for R6 unless you just really don't care for the characters at all. The 6* unit, Ash, is worth it alone.
 
Oh also i finally got to put Schwarz trough her paces and i gotta say she made the final boss of this event easy peasy. I might just m3 her skill right after i e2 the new ops.
 
Randomly noticed that you can set an avatar for yourself on the friends/social tab. Also, how long has 1-7 been guaranteed for block instead of common?
 
Went trough with it and bought the beta pack. Got Hellguar. Worst of the whole pack i think?

nah he's apparently really handy in CC and other high end content.
 
Just went to the Arknights reddit thread to consume more lore and now i can't wait for the Vigilo event. Wonder when the new main story chapter will release? With how were trying to match EN and CN release times i'm guessing they want to release the new story stuff at the same time. Since we always talk about ops and what we're doing with upgrades and what not let me ask a question.
Whats your favorite piece of lore/ subject of lore in Arknights?

i like how the terrorist group we fight is basically like some incredibly fucked up and depressing X-Men type group.

also the entire thing on the Angels in Laterano having the birthright of GUNS.

Might E2 Her now. I've been fooling with niche units and having a long range sniper who can drop bombs sounds fun.

E2'd Beeswax. Gonna e2 Saga and the rest of the 6 stars eventually (Yes, even Magellan. Just got her). Will wind up E2ing Mint and Robin bc niche fun.

I want Carnelian already. She's Beeswax's older sister and a 6 star modal caster.

I think Rhodes Island itself is pretty interesting. Since its inception, it has been involved in plenty of significant events all over Terra; whether it be averting a diplomatic crisis by preventing two nomadic cities from crashing into each other and keeping the main culprit in their custody, to assisting a famed figure to return to the nation she was exiled from and subsequently sparking political unrest in it, or even harboring the conscious fragments of an ancient god that could potentially reawaken and destroy China. That's a lot on the plate of what's supposed to be a lowly pharmaceutical company. While I think the unordered chronology of the events and generally vague-as-fuck writing hampers the presentation of the story, I'm not too put off since this game's lore is so varied that I'm looking forward to see how much it develops over the years. I'm personally excited for episode 9 even if it just ends up being another take on Arthurian legend but with anime.

I blew the 10 single pull tickets on the standard banner and got Mostima. I don't see myself raising her anytime soon, but now I'm obligated to get that outfit of hers the moment it gets a rerun.

mostima's sole use is CC. otherwise I'd just go for using Dusk if you get her, or Gitano/Edgy Lava.

i mean I have a mostima myself and I barely use her outside of her niche. 33 dp cost is a bitch to navigate around.
 
Medals got. Store almost clear. 40 pulls for the R6 event ready. Once store is clear time to grind some chips and then back to m3ing some skills.
 
I'm just here for the originite prime+Lava 2 tokens. Loving the extra originium though. Yay gambling!

Alright, who's ready for the pain this coming week (or the possibly the week after, since there's no EN co-op announcement yet)? As if scrounging up enough pulls to get Ash immediately after a limited banner didn't already suck enough.
