Pros
  1. you get a guaranteed highest rarity unit on the starter banner. they're all pretty busted.
  2. the game's easy to learn and they have a lot of tutorial stages to teach the mechanics. these stages are mixed in between others.
  3. you get a LOT of gacha currency from just playing the game.
  4. every unit is viable. the 6* and 5* units are better but require a massive amount of resources to get to their second promotion. the 3*s require little to promote and are absolutely valueble. The 4*s are also pretty cheap to strengthen. The game's pretty balanced around making the 6* units fucking busted and worth investing into if you get them, but the rest of the rarities have their own incentives to use. Early on, you don't really want to be building a shitload of high end units because it's a massive resource drain.
  5. Every form of currency and resource you earn inside the game is valuable. This provides incentive to measure your priorities.
  6. You can practice maps before using your stamina. Pretty handy.
  7. The writing's really solid and the Quality of the game is good.
  8. You get a ton of shit for free so putting money in it isn't required. The gacha itself is more fair than other gachas though. Every new banner guarantees a 5* or better within the first 10 pulls and there's a universal pity rate counter over all banners that carries over.
  9. everything is tastefully horny.
cons
  1. You play as the only human in a world of furries, scalies, angels, demons, and robots.
    1. mileage may vary but it's not that big of a deal.

Well its still cool the one thing I still dont get however is the the entire full furries exist but no one seems to be bothered by it? I know the racism plot is mostly regulated to the infected thing but still I just find it odd you either have a tail/ears or are just full on furry.

thats because out of the full furries, they're mostly a non-issue and are just sparse. Spot's a cheap 3*. Hung is garbage. Aak is a 6* exclusive. Waai Fu is a 5* specialist.

Those are just the ones I remember off the top of my head. Aak is a fine niche. Waai Fu is niche but handy. Spot is literally cheap to build.

Hung is garbage.

There is the newer one Mountain on the CN servers though I think hes very niche too? Arknights is not really too strict on meta picks (although Stutur is considered a most have and shes coming next) an operator I love using but many say its not the greatest is Zima shes gotten me through all the story chapters and various events already although sometimes I need to change her out.

They don't really explain In universe about why they have furries because most of the animals/mystical beings are based races/country equivalents like Ursus (bears) to Russia and Victoria(cats) to United Kingdom ect.
 
I usually don't use my 5 stars, 3-4stars are generally better to use because more efficient to put out

I usually put the ones i don't use in my base for trust, but i do plan to use others for farming mats.
 
Got 2 Silences and no Sutr. Spent 60 euro trying to get her. I need to step away from this game for a while.

6 stars getting the biggest boost from getting to e2, hands down. They get major boosts across the board.

especially the DPS ones.

4-5*s depend but I can vouch for e2ing Specter and any AoE guard.

i got surtr and all but i kinda want to keep rolling until i get april.



just e2'd my rosa. Surtr's next. Then after that it's probably gonna be the road to e2ing Eunectes, Amiya, and one of my ST snipers like Greythroat or Platinum.

Anyone know how good Ayerscarpe is at e2? I have Silverash built and have Surtr getting built for an arts guard, but is Ayerscarpe worthwhile to get to e2? He seems really handy. Might E2 him or Arene after Eunectes is done.
Yeah I'm E2ing the 6 stars asap. It's going to be a pain but an e2 SilverAsh lets me cheese content and even an e2 Rosa and Ifrit are fun as all hell.
 
Didn't pull Eunectes, very sad.
 
As i am leaving the game cause im disgusted with myself i leave my roster here as a sort of eulogy i guess.

It's the fact that i spent money on gacha in the first place. This is my first time and I've been feeling sick with myself since then. Though i have been supressing it with telling myself 60 euro for a year of playing is nothing since i spent 60 on freaking 6h games before. Sorry for bringing my own mental problems to this forum.

Edit: And thanks for the compliment. I spent a lot of time getting my roster to that level. I wish you luck with yours.

I don't see any problem with spending what you can control tbh. But I can see the bad side to this slippery slope.
