The exact quote from the stream on May 5th 2011 looks even worse then what you wrote. I did a little transcription from the stream for you guys

Suzy: "After you dropped someone off who was black you had to like, say nigger 30 times to get it out of your system"
Arin: Oh yeah *Laughs*

Interesting how Arin will address him using "faggot" and the n-word in edgy Newgrounds cartoons (where it was part of the shock humor) but to my knowledge has never once addressed this clip. Having to yell racial slurs to "get it out of your system" because you had to be in a car with a black person is well... actual real world racism is it not? Really gets the noggin jogging don't it? I'm all about forgiveness and I don't believe a person should be tainted for the rest of their lives for something they did when they were a young but Arin thinks that's okay to do to Jontron so I'll hold him to his own warped standard.

All the while, Jon's whole redemption arc was based on 'yeah, that was pretty dumb, thanks for letting me try again, moving on', and Arin's non-arc is firmly rooted in 'well, see, it's okay for me to say it because I'm better now'.

That being said, am I the only one worried that channels that were close to the Grumps (ie Supermega) will end up doing the same? There was a post on Rantgrumps highlighting the Tucker Bros. specifically kinda falling under the "having your friends employed" title. I know Jackson does things here and there, but what the fuck does the second one even do? He's so forgettable I can't even remember his damn name!
