Ah ha, the thing I originally saw and wanted all those years ago might well have been a Gnedby, though I remember it being a bit taller than those. I'll have to make an Ikea run sometime.

edit: You can add it to the OP that he shops at Ikea and would rather buy multiple smaller shelving units for more money than just one larger sized one.

One of the things I hate is how down right abusive he can be to Dan. I haven't watched in ages, and rarely did then, but Dan always seemed like such a sweet laid back dude that just took punches from Arin constantly.

He was on FA for a while from what I remember. This was years and years ago, and I think he nuked the page when his popularity spiked

That's the thing is that they can be entertaining but after Jon left, the dynamic is just not the same with Arin and Dan. Jon and Arin have a lot better chemistry where it feels like Dan is trying to carry the whole thing.

Arin just has too many tism moments that can't be covered up nearly as well as Jon was able to.

I heard rumors it is because Arin and Suzy found Danny when he was a hobo and the reason he won't stand for himself because he knows he will be thrown out their house back to the streets.

Anyone able to post videos (i'm stuck on a hand me down PS Vita because the rest of myoption are charging or being repaired) of moments where Arin he is both a scrub on DSP level months only in Game Grumps history (not long after Jon discover that pressing a button bring up the menu of abilities in the last game in Kirby Super Star and Arin star making a dumb voice to insult viewersthat told them to press X "Press R,X,Y,B and A stupid" because he is butthurt he was too dumb to figure to try every button or that fans told them how to not suck) or that he is a retard (there was a video where he actually might literally shit his pants and did nothing about it)
 
This is going to be very painful for me personally if he does further descend, because right now it just seems like mild stuff where he powerlevels or acts like a douchey sperg and your typical e-celeb rumour-mill shit.
 
I never thought he was funny, and I'm not surprised to learn of his deviancy, though the depths do surprise me.
 
I am not surprised by this at all. I barely know the guy, but just seeing how badly he's run GameGrumps into the ground speaks volumes.
I remember how good it used to be. It was like how OneyPlays is now. Now I hear they fucking script their videos? Chris almighty.
 
I remember back in middle school or so, I watched Metal Gear Awesome for the first time. Then I went through the rest of Arin's content on Newgrounds and had some of the best entertainment memories on the internet. I even went back to see Metal Gear Awesome 1 and 2 to celebrate Snake's return to Smash Bros. To see him like this now just brings me down on how you either die a flash animator hero or see yourself become a let's play NPC.

Heck, I remembered actually bein excited seeing Egoraptor on that one show called "The Tester" back then, way before all this shit started goin down.

It makes you wish content creators would stay content creators, instead of placing content creation as their second priority so they can yell to the world "it's okay everyone! I agree with all of you!" and proceed to destroy their identity and values for the sake of making a few strangers mildly pleased.
 
When Jon was still in Game Grumps, I preferred Jon over Arin. Something was always off about Arin. I still love Jon’s work because it’s actually funny. Arin’s type of humor felt off.

Arin kind of seems like a prick to be around, Jontron seems like he could be an aight dude to hang around with, and despite my feelings toward GG, I like danny.

I remember this and I'm going by memory because I really don't want to rewatch his videos but his hot take is...

Despite it being the best old school CV by many, at least tied with Drac X and Bloodlines, it's bad because you finally have control of your whip and jumping and somehow that makes the still ever useful subweapons useless and the game a mighty more fairer than the NES trilogy so it's a step back and bad?

If you need a step back argument, going from the branching paths of CV3 to a linear game again is a solid argument. But not enough to dismiss CVIV.

Anyways, never cared for his animation because it looked worse than my stupid avatar from the few non sequelities things I remember and I hate fart and dick jokes and I didn't give GG a chance because I rather play a game than watch other people play them and talk over them when I can do that myself (unless it's game sack who I will watch play games).

I am interested in the drama between him and Jon since what little osmosis I've had on Jon, he seems like a pretty okay if not gulliable guy.

I was also genuinely surprised this guy didn't have a thread until now. It's been a few years since I saw the compilation of him playing Wind Waker and it absolutely solidified my disgust for the guy's attitude and thanklessness towards his own fans.

He doesn't just manage to reach DSP-levels of bad gameplay, he's managed to at times be even worse. Case in point:


My favorite part is him being utterly illiterate, which is the entire playthrough.
