Prison Planet theory. But it's not really Hell. It's more like we are souls trapped here so Archons can steal our energy. They don't want us to know that we can escape if we really want to. There use temptations of the physical plane to keep us from wanting to leave, it's a cage designed by the Demiurge, the Nephilim/Anunaki/insert being here are using us to farm gold and have sexy times with the human ladies ect...
Maybe someone else can explain it better. But I've heard things like don't go towards the light when you die because it's a trap to force you into endless reincarnation instead of escaping. We don't actually remember what we really are because of this soul trap. Supposedly the exit is Sirius. Walk towards Sirius and you are free. I've also heard you can exit through the "Holes in the sky". Which I assume are stars. I don't know. There's lots of crazy out there telling you how to leave the prison planet and being a slave to whatever astral being they are babbling about now.
I don't ascribe to it and it's mostly stuff you see in schizoposts. What r/conspiracy used to be before it got flooded with political slop. If you are interested look it up. But it's a rabbit hole full of pure unmedicated schizophrenia.
