I have been trying to use the .st or .net domain for a while now and they seem to be down. TOR works fine though. Are the trannies still attacking the site via DDOS attacks or is the problem on my end?

IPV4 provider went down so if your ISP is IPV4 only you need to use clearnet over tor to get IPV6 connection.

If you're using a VPN it is probably disabling IPv6. At least earlier today, IPv4 was broken while 6 was working, so if you have 6 disabled, that might be it (remember to turn it back off when you no longer need it).
