No. The earliest non-founder/tester join date possible was February 3rd, 2013.
If you count the earlier CWC discussion forums though (because yes, before KF/CWCki Forums there were other ones) then technically yes, since most February 3rd join dates came from those earlier forums when Null announced his own dedicated Chris site.
