Are there low-functioning neurotypicals?

Most people around Statesboro, Macon, Valdosta, Aiken, Augusta, etc in Georgia. I liked to play “Southern or slightly retarded?” during my last tour of duty down there. Usually the answer is “both”.

This motherfucker came at me and went bleh bleh bleh *grunt* goroid and it was only apparent after him pointing he was saying the garage door wasn’t fully closed.
I’ve had clearer conversations with stroke victims.
 
By definition, no. The closest you could do is find someone on the low end of "neurotypical".

You could call someone who's body is severely disabled to the point they need a constant caretaker low functioning, however. If you're fine but you're paralyzed from the neck down, you're not getting around in life on your own, and that is usually what low function indicates.

I was confused at first but now you explained it better.
No but I envy those neurotypicals, they have absolute no worries for the current events that are going on in todays world.
