Are there legitimate uses for lobotomy

Would crazed, violent homeless people be better off with a lobotomy? Go into any big city and see these people; they are hopeless. No amount of therapy could help these people.

I propose fent zombies and crazed homeless people be sterilized and lobotomized. You could put them on a farm and have them work, and pay them in Chuck E. Cheese tokens. They could be given a free shack, and if they get enough tokens, they get a toy or something. Is this a good idea?
