They're basically chinese crap with a rebranding and marketing behind them. That stupid bass curve means you can barely hear whatever you're listening to. The bass is loud, flat and overpowering. Ever wonder why you only see these in advertising? Don't ever buy them.

If you want earbuds while working out or anything like that, then your main concern should be IP rating (which is basically how good it is at repelling water or dust - an X rating meaning it fucking straight up doesn't). Anything that says 4X can go fuck itself and anything that's like 55 or higher is worth considering. Watch out for shit that markets itself as 'sports earbuds' but has a 4X rating cause that shit is pure cancer and a complete waste of your money.
