For a while now, I've often felt like men are seen as more disposable or extendable compared to women. I am unsure if this is true or if this is manosphere-incel bullshit.

Sometimes I might get sad about this, but on the other hand, I am also deeply upset by the fact that most women I know IRL have had some form of experience with sexual assault. It doesn't justify the societal standard, but it does make it make a little more sense I guess? I don't worry so much anymore about feeling disposable, right now I'm just focusing on bettering myself and being kind to the people in my life because I know that while I can't change the world, I can change some people's worlds.

I'm sure the above is going to be pretty controversial so I'd like to hear what you guys have to say.

No, not really. Any time that some tragedy drastically reduced the male population it generated disasters for that society (see Paraguay) As long we're talking about sane individuals no gender is more disposable than other.
However it's true that mentally ill males are way more disposable than mentally ill women. I wouldnt call it an anti-male bias or proof that men are more disposable in general though. it's more like a necessary sacrifice for common security. it isn't pretty or actually that effective but it's the way society tries to protect itself. And if you have any doubts about why these precautions are taken with men and not with women, check violent crime stats. But thats another discussion entirely.

Not quite disposable. More like without inherent value. A woman with a working womb has inherent value even if she is ugly, unpleasant, and doesn't do anything but be a drain on resources. Men have to do something to earn their right to exist. This is not something to whine about or see as an injustice as the incels do, but just a fact of reality. There's a flipside to this that feminists never quite seem to get. Men will never be handed anything just for being men, so they will always struggle harder for their existence, and therefore always end up with higher incomes, higher rank in a company, government, or military, and more control over resources.

Men have always been disposable in the eyes of society. Why else is it for the longest time that whenever we went to war it would just be men being sent to fight other men and to the victors the world. the losers children butchered and their women taken. Have women actually fought in wars until the last 100 years not really. You need men for society to function but at the same time they don't need all men to reproduce. Men maintain a majority of the worlds infrastructure but a majority are treated like garbage. Men have to earn their place in society that's all it is we have no innate value.
