Went to Italy some time ago, they definitely could learn some manners, but a bunch were OK. There was also this asshole trying to fight men at the exit of the station, and the italian cops treated it like something normal, so whatever.

Half-Italian here; if you ask my relatives from northern Italy, yes, we are white. The ones from southern Italy/Sicily/Sardinia? No.
