Closest you get to the Aryans would be the Iranians, which if I'm remembering correctly is exactly where their endonym originates from. They didn't get so admixed as those who settled in India and they also had many immense and powerful empires in their past. The Indians on the other hand had their two most recent empires as those from foreign conquerors(The Mughals and British Raj) and scarcely ever left the subcontinent. They can only really claim to be the last living branch of the Indo-European pagan faiths(in Hinduism), but their practices are often absolutely disgusting.
