I ask because still see hipsterish people around, but not as much as I did in the 2000s and early 2010s. If hipsters died out, then I wonder what replaced them.

I don't want to be didactic, but it's a term from the 50's/60's similar to beatniks.Absolutely.
A lot of people don't know this but the person who created the Hipster movement back, like, a decade and a half ago was Gavin McGuinness. Look for the curled mustache, IPA, mini cooper, avocado toast, ray bans or pit vipers, plaid dress shirt, minimalist, aesthetic, or vintage tattoos, holier-than-thou attitude, coexist bumper sticker, small luxury-breed dog, etc etc.
You'll see em, the movement went from "staying ahead of the bandwagon" to it's own bandwagon full of the most insufferable stuck up assholes imaginable.
Those sound like things faggots have. Was hipsterism a psyop to get straight men to act like faggots?Look for the curled mustache, IPA, mini cooper, avocado toast, ray bans or pit vipers, plaid dress shirt, minimalist, aesthetic, or vintage tattoos, holier-than-thou attitude, coexist bumper sticker, small luxury-breed dog, etc etc.
I've heard it used sparingly in literature but that wave is always referred to as "hippies". Hipsters are most definitely a millennial movement. I have a bit of experience in this topic and Gavin was at his peak as a Vice co-creator when he made this movement, originally focused on metrosexualism and being cool, ahead-of-the-curve as it were. By the time Gavin was hanging out with Milo and making the Proud Boys punch eachother while screaming about cereals he had already fell off, but if you want to find out more about what we know today as "hipsters" follow 'aughts McGuinness's influence.I don't want to be didactic, but it's a term from the 50's/60's similar to beatniks.
The worst of them trooned out or completed their evolution into utter bugmen SJWs.I ask because still see hipsterish people around, but not as much as I did in the 2000s and early 2010s. If hipsters died out, then I wonder what replaced them.
Pretty much. Before the big bushy beard craze they were called "metrosexuals".Those sound like things faggots have. Was hipsterism a psyop to get straight men to act like faggots?
