By the current scientific classification, yes, they are Indo-European, that said, white.
I mean, they aren't negroid, mongoloid, let alone australoid or San (bushmen).
You might not like it, but, assuming you are white, at least hating them can't be really racist, and so isn't hating the sand niggers and jeets. You can hate them based on the fact they are a failure of what is already a failure (jeets).

The US Supreme Court ruled that Indians aren't white in United States v. Bhagat Singh Thind.

"a case in which the Supreme Court of the United States decided that Bhagat Singh Thind, an Indian Sikh man who identified himself as an Aryan, was ineligible for naturalized citizenship in the United States. In 1919, Thind filed a petition for naturalization under the Naturalization Act of 1906 which allowed only "free white persons" and "aliens of African nativity and persons of African descent" to become United States citizens by naturalization."
