US AOC proposes funding to deprogram white supremacists - Dress rehearsal for extermination?

The federal government needs to fund the de-programming of white supremacists and conspiracy theorists, Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez said Friday night.

“The White supremacist cause is futile, it’s nihilist,” AOC, a Democrat who represents parts of The Bronx and Queens, said during a virtual town hall meeting Friday night.

“Their world will never exist. That’s why we’re seeing violence right now.,” she said, speaking in the wake of the violent siege on the US Capitol by radical supporters of President Trump.

“We have to pick up those pieces.”

Ocasio-Cortez said the House subcommittee on civil rights she serves on has held hearings over the prior two years on white supremacy and said there are programs to “de-radicalize” brain-washed adherents.




But she said funding was not a priority for those programs during the Trump years.

“There are people who are radicalized right now. It’s going to take a very long time to de-radicalize these people and a lot of effort,” she said.

“This is a problem that doesn’t go away on Jan. 20,” said the congresswoman, referring to when Trump leaves the White House and is succeeded by President-elect Joe Biden.

She said many fringe radicals operate in a “misinformation bubble” and it will take more than more than one conversation to de-program them, likening it to therapy.

But, she said, research has shown “healing is possible.”

“We need to double, triple or quadruple the funding for these programs,” Ocasio-Cortez said.

AOC said there is a spectrum of radicalization that ranges from sympathizers to conspiracy theorists, to Neo-Nazis. Such radical ideology could lead to violence and domestic terrorism.

She said the conspiracy theory wrongly pushed by Trump that the election was stolen from him radicalized his supporters who invaded the Capitol last week, leading to violence and the death of five people. AOC said she felt her life was threatened.

Glad that rather learning from the Capitol hill experience, AOC has doubled down on her politics, the same ones that likely had a large part in people getting so frustrated they protested.

She has now moved on from the blacklist and advanced to the struggle session phase, I wonder how long it'll be before she starts advocating for gas chambers. When she does, it'll only be for those deemed as "lost causes", and the criteria for a "lost cause" will be defined by "anyone who is right of Mao."

These are only the very beginning steps, they'll go the China route with the key difference of having far less comprehensible rules and goals.

The answer is "shockingly quickly". Once you start the process of removing people from society, disposing of them becomes far easier - out of sight, out of mind.

Pretty sure if she ever did suggest gas chambers or executions or whatever it'll end with her realizing she fucked up when people rise up and she has a flashback to 1-6-2021 and in a last ditch effort to spare herself pain and humiliation, just an hero's herself.
 
If you really want to “de-radicalize” people turn away from the hypocritical double standards of Woke because that is the number 1 thing that is radicalizing people because anyone with half a brain can see through it.

What they would basically be asking these people is to accept living in a country and a culture that openly hates them, some people are cucked enough to accept that fate, some aren't and there's no amount of brain washing that will change that.

For all their moral grandstanding about the evils of marginalization, no one dehumanizes others as casually as the progressive left. These lunatics already issue fatwas against eachother for entirely imagined slights, now picture them in a position where they have the power to send people to camps.
 
I'm so tired of people irrationally freaking out as if these lunatics have any real power. So i'll just post a conglomeration of things I've routinely said to my friends and family that like to sperg out about headlines like this.

This woman, along with the rest of her ilk, are salespeople with delusions of grandeur. There's no potential in her words, they are just getting increasingly desperate, as they are constantly having to inflate their voter tallies, redistrict, and import new voters to keep their party afloat. As evidenced by this last election and the obvious inconsistencies and thin margins.

This is the rhetoric of desperate people, and these are times in which moves are being made out of pure desperation. Society is always self-correcting, and the mistake of letting these lunatics play their games will inevitably give rise to a more cohesive, more conservative populous in the long term. The short term however, will be full of headlines and pathetic power grabs. All of which will inevitably amount to nothing in the next administrations to follow.

If we got to 74+ million people seeing things at least somewhat our way, and they barely overcame that margin, imagine what happens when the republican legislatures erase the gains democrats made in the last 2 years. Redistricting is coming prior to the next midterms, and we have and overwhelming amount of power over them in some of the (formerly) bluest states. The amount of republican control on the state level is fucking insane, there's nothing they can do to gain enough legislatures back in 2022 to turn this country into the blue utopia they want.

My final point is that facts and data are your friend. There are only gains to be made by republicans in the senate and the congress. There's no possible way we see a democrat house in 2022 and very slim chances for a democrat senate as well. If 2010 was a bloodbath, then 2022 will be the dead sea.

Desperate people do irrational things. Keep in mind these people have had the power to let loose convicts from prisons on the general populace and refuse to prosecute rioters for their crimes, but have zeroed in on aggressively prosecuting people defending themselves & their community like Kyle Rittenhouse. And now that people have stormed the capitol building, not only do they feel intimidated but have realized they have an opportunity to affect real change in their favor. Even if they don't have the actual power to do it, I have no doubt that they'll attempt to make that overreach to do it. Remember, they're actively trying to cancel the Republican party. AOC might be the lone loudmouth, but she's not alone.

I agree this has a far likelier chance of happening than any time in American history. However, I am over the persuasion that either situation is good for me personally. Either the situation will devolve in to exactly what you just described (or worse) and cause the next civil war while I stand on the sidelines out of sight, or they do the bare minimum and things devolve just enough for them to lose their power indefinitely instead of only 2-8 years.

Just keep in mind that FDR, Truman, and Eisenhower did far worse to the American public in terms of control and this was prior to the internet. The things you are seeing now are just a direct result of what they weren't able to accomplish during their time. Also keep in mind that the majority of this country's arsenal, agriculture, commercial transportation, oil, ports, and raw industrial capacity, belongs to red states.

You mean the control the RINOs have, right? They know if they redistrict too much then they'll get their own party stolen out from under them by pissed off voters and their pissed off candidates and be left with the option of being small-time players in the Republican Party forever or joining the Democrats where once again they'll be small-time players forever.
 
This is just a bunch of tough talk, any serious attempt to "re-educate" "white supremacists" will not end in a way that the establishment would like. The DNC knows that, and they'll happily throw AOC under the bus before they let her try.

Yes, guerilla tactics & resource denial tactics will be the winning feature of a second Civil War. Also keep in mind that the armaments that these red territories wield aren't of the same fashion as the military, and that's on purpose. The government doesn't want a populace with arms with parity to their own, which is why they're so obsessed with gun restrictions and stupid shit like magazine limits, because if it takes longer for you to reload your gun than it does for me then that serves as an automatic advantage in my favor because I don't have to stop and reload every three rounds. On the other hand, there would theoretically be more people with the shittier weapons than those with automatics, so that could work as a compensating factor, and that's if portions of the military don't defect to defend civilians.
 
Will people be paid to undertake these programs? I'm sure there's lots of people who would be more than happy to designate themselves as 'white supremacists' if it means an extra 300-500 a week, or fortnightly.
 
Money's the only way you'll get people to sign on for this shit. You try and force it? People in the army in general will literally steal their "military only property" and go back home just so they can shoot any mother fuckers who try to put their family in camps, if the family themselves don't already do that.
 
The Squad is the accelerationist's wet dream. You cannot go a week without one of them doing or saying something that probably radicalized ten people.
