About 12 hours ago I got totally ripped off by a HelloFresh salesman who was going door-to-door in my block. Green apron, green baseball cap and a fist full of cool looking food slide cards.
He spoke very quickly, answered my questions immediately, and succinctly. Kept getting closer to me until he was over the door threshold, telling me about how great this service was, the first discount I'll get (it was $30 for 6 meals of new recipe to me food)
I scanned his qr code and ordered. He told me he'd come back later to make sure it went through, he never came back but obviously he was making sure i wouldn't cancel.
I'm not gonna cancel it because I kinda respect how he did it. He basically hypnotized me.
