Not just general ‘muh anxiety’ but actual medical anxiety or trauma caused by something horrible happening to you at some point in your life that just affects you on almost every level like sight hearing senses? If you suffer from it how do you deal with it? What are good ways for dealing with stress and anxiety so you don’t have horrible panic attacks or feel like your just going to spiral into madness at any second?

Easy, you have to get naked, preferably on a public place on the streets at late night and run around making a lot of noise, that's a very cathartic coping mechanism that can make you feel alive, is defo superior to just getting naked on Omegle in front of pedophiles which I wouldn't recommend.

This works too

I had those the worst during 2018. Now I am fearing it's going back to those levels again now that I find it hard to go to sleep and have nightmares when I do. Top it off with many other medical conditions. Anxiety makes everything worse.

But yeah, the worst part about suffering a medical issue is the potential PTSD that comes after it.
